To Whom It May Concern: Our Customers, Partners, and Friends

Throughout the past, the East Rose Dental Clinic has been grateful for the trust and positive collaboration of our customers, partners, and acquaintances.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Director of East Rose Dental Company Limited, would like to inform you that the Company and I have been the subject of vandalism, harassment, and assault via text and phone messages. The perpetrators of these acts are unknown.
The individual persistently reached out to me, my company, relatives, friends, customers, partners, and anyone associated with me employing the following methods:

• Calling or texting Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy and the company's hotline number will inform you that the employee has outstanding debt. 
• Communicating with the Company's staff or customers, her partner, friends, relatives... Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy made defamatory statements about Ms. Thuy and the Company regarding allegations of fraud.

The extended situation resulted in misunderstandings that affected the mental and physical well-being of myself, the Company, and its employees, friends, partners, and customers. It also impacted my reputation, the Company, and its business outcomes.

This official despatch is intended to verify that Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy and The East Rose Dental Co., Ltd. are not engaged in any fraudulent activities and do not have any overdue or bad debts with any financial institution or individual. I, the Company, and we operate in accordance with the constitution and the law, upholding human moral standards and conscience, all the while making a positive impact on the values of society.

The information they spread is untrue. We are collaborating with the police and coordinating with the appropriate parties to present the case to the legal system, ensuring a comprehensive approach to this harassment.
We deeply regret any impact this incident may have had on our partners, customers, and friends, and we sincerely apologise.
